Provenance: Inscribed in blue pencil: 'Curzon 1910' [i.e. George Nathaniel Curzon, 1st Viscount Scarsdale (1859-1925)]. Binding: Twentieth-century publisher's full brown cloth, gilt decoration on upper cover, oval printed leather label pasted on spine with gilt lettering.
