Provenance: Inscribed in grey pencil on flyleaf: "Lord Curzon"; underneath in blue pencil: 'Curzon' [i.e. George Nathaniel Curzon, 1st Viscount Scarsdale (1859-1925)]. Binding: Twentieth-century publisher's brown cloth, single red fillet forming a border, red lettering on upper cover and spine.
