Provenance: Folded typed letter between endpapers from W. Hancock [unidentified] to Curzon [i.e. George Nathaniel Curzon, 1st Viscount Scarsdale (1859-1925)] offering him a copy of this book and inviting him to speak at a meeting of the Cogers (letter dated 2nd September 1906). Binding: Twentieth-century full blue cloth, blind fillet forming a border, blind and gilt lettering on upper cover and spine.
