Summary
Yellow towel made up into a small jacket, machined to create an arm hole, blanket stitched round front and turned to create lapels. Worked button loop and mother-of-pearl button. Embroidered with a double row of stem stitch: A W. An embroidered white fabric label machined stitched in place incorporating a double oval reads: WM CHRISTY AND SONS / NO / MANCHESTER / TRADE MARK.
