Summary
Part of Indian decoration similar to (NT31537.1) but in a more dilapidated state. Has attached pompom made from a ring of raffia with paper foil on top and silver beads sewn on top. Raffia originally covered with purple paper and centre is green, with a cone shape covered with foil, with strips of pink and green metallic paper hanging from it. Most of white paper torn off.
