Summary
An ornately decorated Indian festival decoration shaped like a spinning top on the end of a short stick in worn condition. The stick is covered with purple paper. the top is made from card covered in metallic cerise pink paper decorated with gold beading and sequins. Words in gold beading around the top read; MAHARATTA COMMUNITY. The top is also decorated with circles of small green leaves and gold tinsel. There are two lengths of red and green twisted cord looped around the middle and a large pearl pinned to one side.
