Ink-stamp on title page verso: 'The National Trust founded 1895'. Binding: Late nineteenth-century full publisher's red cloth; gilt fillets and roll to form an outer border; gilt tooling with decoration in blue and black on upper board; gilt-stamped centrepiece on lower board: royal coat of arms; gilt tooling with decoration in blue and black on spine, with gilt lettered title: 'Specimens of bookbinding in the Royal Library Windsor Castle'.
