Sidney Meade" [1839-1917]. manuscript inscription: "To Francis Meade from Frederic Drew, in memory of years passed together at Eton. July 30th 1889" [Francis Henry Meade, (1870-1953)].. Binding: Nineteenth-century full tree calf; decorative gilt roll to form a border; board edges and turn-ins gilt rolled; five false raised bands; spine gilt tooled; black spine label gilt lettered; marbled endpapers; all page edges gilt.
