Twentieth-century stamp on flyleaf: E. C. S. Norris, Wayside, Withdean Rd. B'ton. [E. C. Stanley Norris (d. 1960), father of Norman Norris]. Bequeathed to the National Trust by Norman Norris (1917-1991). Binding: Nineteenth-century full calf over boards; grain effect tooled (?) on calf; gilt fillet; remains of paper label on upper cover; spine gilt; brown leather spine label wtih title 'Parkinson's Chemical pocket book'; sewn on four raised bands.
