Eighteenth-century armorial bookplate lettered The Right Honourable Wilmot Earl of Lisburne, in the Kingdom of Ireland. (Not in Franks) [i.e. Wilmot Vaughn (1730-1800), 4th Viscount Lisburne from 1766 to 1776, when he was created 1st Earl]. Bequeathed to the National Trust by Norman Norris (1917-1991). Binding: Eighteenth-century (?) full vellum over boards; thistle motifs stamped on spine; brown leather spine label with title 'Æpis di Phalaride'.
