Bequeathed to the National Trust by Norman Norris (1917-1991). Inscribed on pastedown in Norris's hand: Delamere House 20/1 '39. Binding: Nineteenth-century half calf binding; marbled paper over boards; brown spine label with title "Shabeeny's Account of Timbuctoo"; sewn on five raised bands.
