[4],xvi,253,[3]p. . 8vo.. Bound with another pamphlet by Bonstetten. Provenance: Nineteenth-century manuscript inscription on half-title: "au Compte de Bristol" [i.e. Frederick William Hervey (1769-1859), 5th Earl and later 1st Marquess of Bristol]. Binding: Twentieth-century quarter green grained leather binding; green cloth over boards; lettered on front paste-down: "Birdsall & Son Northampton"; spine gilt ruled and lettered: "C. V. de Bonstetten Pensees sur Divers Objets 1815".

Provenance

Part of the Bristol Collection. The house and contents were acquired through the National Land Fund and transferred to the National Trust in 1956
