Sheet E is a double leaf bound with fold at gutter. Provenance: manuscript initial on front pastedown: "M." [i.e. catalogue code of John Mitchell (ca. 1685-1751), librarian to Sir Richard Ellys (1682-1742)]. Manuscript price[?] in pencil scribbled over in ink on front pastedown. Ink copy of a flower from the woodcut illustration on leaf G4. Ink marking (a word?) on leaf H1. Ink equation on paper patch repairing tear on leaf LL1. Manuscript inscription on rear pastedown: "Torrelo Ampith cal [symbol]". Binding: seventeenth-century full mottled calf (rubbed); sewn on six raised bands; gold-tooled spine, with stamp, fillet and roll tooling; gilt title on brown leather label on spine. Text block has red edges.
