(Dropmore House, Buckinghamshire). $z Binding: Nineteenth-century armorial full red morocco binding over boards; gilt armorial centrepieces: on upper boards: Oxoniensis Academia, on lower boards: Sigill. W. W. Baronis Grenville Cancellarii Academiae Oxoniensis [i.e. William Wyndham Grenville, 1st Baron Grenville (1759-1834), of Dropmore House, Chancellor of Oxford University, and Prime Minister]. Double gilt fillets; triple gilt fillets on inner borders; gilt spines with title "Cramer's Ancient Italy"; sewn on five raised bands. Atlas vol. has marbled sides and lacks armorial stamp.
