"Report on a coal mineral sent from the Coal Committee of City of London, Dec. 1879 by T.W. [?]", manuscript ([17 leaves]). 5. A.L.S. from W. N. Lawes [?] to "My dear Tom", Dec. 16 1879. Newspaper clippings affixed to several of these final leaves, and to pastedowns.. Provenance: Nineteenth-century inscription on flyleaf: H. [?] Wen[ ] (illegible). Nineteenth-century manuscript notes on final blank leaf and rear pastedown. Bequeathed to the National Trust by Norman Norris (1917-1991).
