Title 'Round the moon', clipped from that work's title page (recto of its list of illustrations), is affixed to title page and preceded by manuscript '&', so that the volume resembles a single publication containing two works.. Provenance: Bequeathed to the National Trust by Norman Norris (1917-1991). Forms part of a set in one volume of which (Martin Paz) is inscribed, in Norris's hand: Hodgson 1942 4/18/6. Binding: Nineteenth-century half red calf; marbled boards; gilt spine; green spine labels.
