Reference no. of loan in pencil rear: TEMP 2010.495. Before Testament Newydd is four-page list of births, marriages, and deaths in MS. relating to family of Edwin and Lousia Baker, who married at Mount Zion Chapel, Newport, Mon., in 1868; latest date is 1927. Binding: Black mottled leather over boards, with gold lettering on spine, fake raised bands, gold tooling for borders on front, four fillets, blind-tooled central panel. Boards and spine detached. Gilt edges.
