Adhered to back pastedown, label: 'Bound by Burn & Co.'. Binding: Nineteenth-century publisher's blue cloth over boards (heavily stained, white paint?), bordered in gold and black, gold blocked and lettered on upper boards and spine. Gilt edges. Brown endpapers.
