Not in Franks.. Binding: Nineteenth-century full leather binding; gilt ruled to form border on boards and gilt rolled on edges; gilt tooled on spine; spine label, gilt lettered: Col. Frazer's Letters; crest of the Royal Naval School as gilt centrepiece on cover.
