With instructions to the binder tipped in: 'The binder is requested to cancel the two leaves of Contents, the leaf marked p. 21, and six leaves of sheets M and N, (pages 89-102) in Part First, and replace them with the corrected sheets which are given with this Part. It will be observed that, by an error in the press, there is no page 217-218, and that there are duplicate leaves of pages 47-48, 49-50, 101-2, 139-40, 185-6, 187-8, 227-8, and 269-70.'
