Twentieth-century armorial bookplate showing Vane-Tempest-Stewart arms marshalled with Chaplin, motto "Metuenda corolla draconis, with two supporters, all underneath a marquess's coronet with helmet and griffin passant crest, flanked by two badges, lettered in banner "Charles Stewart Henry Vane-Tempest-Stewart, 7th Marquess of Londonderry KG". Signed "W. & A. Mussett fecit; Lincoln's Inn, London". Binding: Twentieth-century half grained red calf on red cloth, gilt tooled and lettered on spine. Gilt-top. Stamped on pastedown "Hatchards 187 Piccadilly".
