Binding: Twentieth-century orange vellum; gilt rolled outer border on boards; five raised bands; spine lettered direct (gilt tooled) with title and author; gilt stamped cockerel at foot of spine [i.e. The Golden Cockerel Press]; gilt rolled board edges; single gilt fillet on turn-ins; gilt top edge. Binder's gilt stamp on front turn-in: 'Bound by S. & S. London' [i.e. Sangorski & Sutcliffe].
