Manuscript inscriptions at head of title page: one scribbled out and price "1.12.0" (crossed-out). Binding: seventeenth-century calf (very worn); blind thin thick thin fillet border; panel of double blind fillets and roll pattern, with cornerpiece stamps. The leather of the central panel on the front and rear covers is the only surface that isn't worn away is now seemingly raised above the level of the surface of the rest of the covers. Gilt title on brown leather label on spine. Stubs of binder's printed waste (in English) at front.
