clxxx,[2] leaves . 8vo.. Top right-hand corner of title page torn.. Provenance: manuscript inscriptions on title page: "liber Roberti ...[one word] lib me teste" ", and "George Browne" [i.e. George Browne, 1626-1703]. manuscript inscription on title page verso: "Geo: Browne booke 1675". Numerous other manuscript inscriptions throughout book, especially on rear leaves, in 16th/17th century hands, including many different names of previous owners, e.g. "hic liber pertmer ad Richardum Ferrour", plus a number of William Ferrour's.. Binding: 16th century calf centrepiece binding (very worn in places), with blind thin thick thin fillet border, and blind oval centrepiece stamp on both boards; spine has five panels with single blind floral stamp in each, and four raised bands. Both manuscript and printed (from an almanack[?] of 1567) waste at front and back.
