Binding: Nineteenth-century full calf over boards; gilt fillets and blind roll-tools to form a border; the Lonsdale gilt centrepiece stamp lettered "Lowther" with earl's coronet; gilt-panelled spine; brown leather spine label with title 'Dibdin's Aedes Althorpianae'.
