Provenance: Visiting card originally attached to book with metal paperclip and now kept in melinex pouch, printed "Mr H. Montgomery Hyde, 32 Roland Gardens S.W. 7" and inscribed "With best wishes and many happy returns from [...] on the occasion of your birthday 13-V-35" [i.e. given to Charles Vane-Tempest-Stewart, 7th Marquess of Londonderry (1878-1949) by Harford Montgomery Hyde (1907-1989)]. Binding: Twentieth-century publisher's quarter cream cloth on blue paper over boards, printed paper spine label, blue-top.
