2v. ; 19cm. Provenance: manuscript extracts from a work by William Wilberforce, transcribed in two bound notebooks by M. Grey (probably Mary Grey, née Harvey, who married Rev. Harry Grey (1783-1860) in 1847, his second wife.) The first volume is signed "Harry Grey, September 22d, 1804" but not used by him. [v.2] inscribed "Stamford, Weybridge" [i.e. William Grey, 9th Earl of Stamford (1850-1910)]. Loose insert (v.1): engraved card of Rev. G.A. Seymour. Binding: nineteenth-century half red sheep, with blue paper on boards; gilt fillets on spine. "Wilberforce" inscribed on upper cover, v.2.
