Summary
Anonymous manuscript, undated. Pedigrees of various English noble families. Text paginated in ms. Initial [6] p. and final [82] p. are blank. The lines of descent are ruled in red. "Index of names and titles, with the page wherein the same are to be found" (caption title): pp. [7]-[15] of first unpaginated sequence. "A catalogue of the foregoing baronies created by writ, which are either now certainly existing, and in whom; or which seem to be, or may still be existing altho' not at present possest by any particular persons" (caption title): pp. 147-159. In the pedigrees of the Grey (p. 29) and Booth (p. 133) families, the lines of descent end with the marriage of Harry Grey, 4th Earl of Stamford (1715-1768) and Lady Mary Booth (1704-1772), which occurred in 1736. Their children, the first of whom was born in 1737, have not been added, so presumably the pedigree (and by extension the rest of the ms.) must have been written some time between 1736 and 1737.
