[148]p., bound . ill.. . 23cm.. Provenance: manuscript inscription on vellum turn-in of front cover: "Peerage by 1st L[or]d Delamer. 1640" [i.e. Sir George Booth, 1st Baron Delamer (1622-1684)].. Binding: Seventeenth-century blind panelled vellum binding; blind centrepiece on both boards formed from four repeated floral stamps, with gilt initials 'GSCK' at the cardinal points. Remains of pair of green cloth ties on each board. One leaf of fifteenth/sixteenth-century manuscript waste at front and back, Latin, in different hands, in red and black; the rear leaf has red and blue initials.
