Teste Rocheo Exoniensi aedi vicario (vt vocant) chorali. P[]ium viii [...]'. Inscriptions on folio i of final foliated sequence: (1): 'Gualterus Walker aliŝ Vallæns est verus huius libri possessor. Rocheo teste fide digno'; (2) 'Gualterus Walker est huius libri possesor verus. Rocheo: teste:' (3) Gualterus Walker est mei dus. (4) Ex dono Auicculi sui Rectoris de heuytre portishorui erat sed non missale [...]. The calendar for 18th June ('Marciet marcelliani. Inui.dup.iii.lec.') has been annotated in the same hand: 'hic catabarii missarii'; fol. xli (final sequence) is annotated in the same hand: 'Vii de genera libres fo.liii'.. Binding: Calf [?possibly goat?]; double blind ruled; panelled; ridged blind roll dividing panel diagonally into eight; rebacked, some of old spine retained; spine rolled with same ridged roll; sewn onto three cords; two leaves of binder's waste (printed sheets, c.1500?) retained and pasted in at rear.
