[78] leaves ; 8vo. Running number: 7041. Painted capital letters supplied in alternating blue and red with small flourishes. Provenance: manuscript capital letter written in ink at head of front fly-leaf: "S" (found in a number of Blickling's books but unknown as to what it means). Binding: eighteenth-century full sprinkled calf; sewn on five supports; double gilt fillet border; gilt roll on board edges; gold-tooled spine, brown leather title label; gilt gauffered edges with zig-zag pattern; white endpapers sprinkled red and blue.
