[8], 422, [6] p. ; fol. Running number: 5340. Provenance: acquired by Sir Richard Ellys at the Uilenbroek sale, Amsterdam, in 1729 (lot 1302) for "7" (presumably Dutch gulden). Binding: late sixteenth or seventeenth-century full dark calf; sewn on five sewing supports; framework of blind thin thick thin fillets mitred together at the corners to form two panels; blind oval centrepiece stamp; two pairs of slits in boards for ties (missing); gilt roll pattern on board edges; gold-tooled spine with stamps, fillets and rolls, and with gilt title. Blue stained edges.
