Provenance: manuscript price on title page and date; "1595". Manuscript inscriptions on title page: "Timo: Hutton" and (in a different hand): "W. Windham Oxford Octobr. 1782" [i.e. William Windham (1750-1810)]. Manuscript letter "t" on rear pastedown. Binding: sixteenth-century full calf; quadruple fillet to form an outer border; sewn onto four raised cords.
