Binding: eighteenth-century[?] gold-panelled sheepskin; double and single gilt fillet border; single panel of double and single gilt fillets, with gilt foliate cornerpiece stamps; gilt centrepiece inlay made from repeated small tool stamps, possibly covering an armorial device; gold-tooled spine, with gilt title. Gilt edges. Marbled endpapers.
