Summary
A stirrup pump with a hollow metal shaft, still mostly painted black. Two drop down stirrups at the base. Connected to the base is a tube covered in a green and orange woven sleeve; the tube is connected at both ends with a metal clip. At the other end of the tube is a metal valve, the key of which is stamped : SUTTY on one side and : PATENT / NO / 619303. At the top of the shaft is a sprung wooden handle.
