Summary

The top of a double tined hay fork. The prongs are narrow and cylindrical and the very top of the left-hand prong has been broken. There is a socket for attachment to a handle with a rough edge as the metal is heavily corroded.

Provenance

Calke Abbey and contents transferred to the National Trust by the Treasury in lieu of CTT in 1985 with an endowment provided by the NHMF.
