Summary
A cast iron garden seat, attributed to Coalbrokedale, English, late 19th century. With a painted plank seat and back held on a naturalistic tree root frame, later painted.
Provenance
Calke Abbey and contents transferred to the National Trust by the Treasury in lieu of CTT in 1985 with an endowment provided by the NHMF.
