Summary
A silver tubular shaped instrument for cutting the ends off cigars. It is a cylinder shape which gets larger towards the bottom and has two small side pieces either side of the middle. The end of each tube has a disc which presses inwards and a cutting edge around the top. The cigar cutter is engraved with an inscription plate, lines of decorations and dots.
