Summary
Stuffed head of a Red stag. Faces forwards. Broad head, long pronged antlers with two points each lower down, splitting into several points at the top and pointing inwards. Mounted on a walnut shield.
Provenance
Transferred to the National Trust by the Treasury in lieu of CTT in 1985 with an endowment provided by the NHMF.
