Summary
Linoleum floor covering previously laid in MF7. Black ground with a centre panel containing a white interlocking key pattern surrounding rows of alternating small and large diamond. The smaller diamonds have red centres and white dots. The larger diamonds have a white knot motif, outlined in red and black. Narrow border of a twisted rope pattern in red and white. Hessian backing.
Provenance
Calke Abbey and contents transferred to the National Trust by the Treasury in lieu of CTT in 1985 with an endowment provided by the NHMF.
