Within an oval laurel wreath. Military tools around the outside edge. White marble mount. See also SC/16 a similar plaque depicting William Pitt.
Provenance
Transferred to the National Trust by the Treasury in lieu of CTT in 1985 with an endowment provided by the NHMF.
