Summary
Upper part of a broken horse whip with a silver band around the top. Horn handle and plaited leather-bound upper stem, thread bound lower end. Silver band below the horn handle is engraved; 'A.C.H.C. Christmas 1911' with 'Wilton, Oxford St.' around the top.
Provenance
Transferred to the National Trust by the Treasury in lieu of CTT in 1985 with an endowment provided by the NHMF.
