Summary
A large silver-mounted snuff mull. Circa 1850. The narrow end of the horn is tipped with a silver cap, the wide end has a silver lid inset with a cairngorm and below a silver shield with the Harpur Crewe coat of arms and a thistle on either side. Chained attachments include a small mallet, a hoe, a rake, a pick and a cover. Mounted on a gilt painted stand, lined with red velvet and a glass dome.
