Portrait miniature, watercolour on ivory, George Harpur Crewe (1831-1838) and Evelyn Harpur-Crewe (1832 – 1877) as Young Boys by William Egley (Doncaster 1798 – London 1870). c.1837. Full-length portraits of two young boys. One boy stands with his elbow on a table, he wears a black velvet dress over white pantaloons with black shoes (George). The other boy (Evelyn) is seated on a carved armchair, his hand on his brother's shoulder. Circa 1837.
