Summary
One of thirteen rectangular boxes, cardboard and wooden, of many different sizes containing a variety of birds eggs. The boxes are mainly cigar boxes; other titles; 'W. Faulkner, High Class Cigarettes', 'Savory and Moore, Chemists', 'Charles Jeffreys, naturalist', 'Polson, Indian Corn Flour'. The eggs are packed in flax and cotton wool and in some cases a record has been made of them on the inside of the lid.
