Summary
Metal framed rocking chair with painted graining to make it resemble bent wood. The seat is formed from a woven heavy wool fabric with a ticking backing, covered where visible with crimson cotton, slung from the back crest rail to the front lower rail. The curve of the arm continues into the rocker and up the back, whilst another curve supports the back of the arm and another the seat. A band of padding is applied, under the cover. Mainly green cover with a black, red and white pattern.
