Summary
Original fitted case for a gold bangle with a large oval-shaped amethyst mount, by Collingwood & Co. In black leather with a cream satin and velvet lining. The lid opens centrally with hinges at each side.
Provenance
Calke Abbey and contents transferred to the National Trust by the Treasury in 1985 in lieu of CTT with an endowment provided by the NHMF.
