Summary
Bracelet, part of an Egyptian Revival gold parure, c.1870, comprising two rows of agate beads with gold connections on a gold and agate locket-back. The stylised Pharaoh mask centrepiece is detachable for conversion into a separate brooch. It has two detachable fittings, hasp and brooch, each with clasp. Interchangeable with clasp 288774.3.
Provenance
Calke Abbey and contents transferred to the National Trust by the Treasury in lieu of CTT in 1985 with an endowment provide by the NHMF.
