Summary
Spindle of turned beech with a round base on three ebonised truend feet set at an angle. A turned vertical rod with an acorn knop supports the spindle, which has four projecting arms. One is pierced with a hole and the opposite arm is truncated and grooved.
Provenance
Transferred to the National Trust by the Treasury in lieu of CTT in 1985 with an endowment provided by the NHMF.
