Summary
A small black painted oak taxidermy display case with a glass front and the interior painted pale blue. It contains a pair of stuffed kestrels (these may be Merlins), one mounted on a branch above the other which is pinning down a goldfinch. A label at the bottom left inside the case reads, 'T.M. Williams, naturalist, 155, Oxford St.'
Provenance
Transferred to the National Trust by the Treasury in lieu of CTT in 1985 with an endowment provided by the NHMF.
